My baby brother, Aiden Christopher, was born in the middle of the night earlier this week. I was sound asleep while mommy and daddy rushed off to the hospital, and Ms Beth was kind enough to come over and stay at the house while I slept. Daddy woke me up the next morning and told me that my brother had been born. I said in a whisper,”Oooh, he’s out?” I got to meet him that day and he came home this Friday. I couldn’t wait to hold him, I was so proud of him and exclaimed, “I’m a good big sister.” Losing some attention is taking some getting used to, but I’m happy to have him as part of the family.

I was so proud as I pranced the streets as a little bumble bee. Looking cute and saying trick-or-treat was enough for everyone to stuff my bucket full of yummy candy. It was so much fun I wanted to go again the next morning.

This weekend we went to a pumpkin patch near Gainesville. There were pony rides, hayrides, and animals (aminals) to pet. I had such a good time. On the hayride, the lady said that kids could take home a pumpkin-- I interpreted that as I could take as many as I could carry, so I immediately began hoarding. I ended up with just one little one, though. You can see some pictures from my trip in my two-year-old album.

We are having beautiful weather here! Its bittersweet because the pool is too cold to swim now, but I still go in the spa (I call them the cold pool and warm pool). Mommy and I have been going the park daily because it is so nice. We take Joey and she looks for lizards while I swing, slide, and hang. Daddy put a few photos from me at the park last weekend on my site -- click here.

Last weekend we made the one hour drive north to Little Talbot Island, a state park that is part of Florida’s barrier islands. We got there about 45 min before sunset, and Daddy chased me around with his camera until the sun went down. You can see the photos here.

I’m back from Alaska, and have many photos to share of my adventure. I had a great time and still talk about the bears and eagles that I saw. The highlight of my trip was watching a bird try to steal a fish from a sea lion. Hilarious. You can view my photos here. July 06, 2010
We had a great time for the fourth of July... spent two whole days at Jacksonville Beach with our friends. It was windy and rough, but I loved going into the water and waves with Daddy, and Connor pulled me around on the Boogie Board. See some photos here.

Father’s Day we spent on Jax Beach. I was so excited, the whole drive there I was proclaiming, “I’m coming, beach, I’m coming!”

We had a great morning blueberry picking in Middleburg, FL. We got an early start, but by 10 o’clock it was so hot and humid I was ready to go. Mommy and Daddy picked 4 lbs of blueberries, and I ate them as I picked them. I came home and played in my sprinkler for a little while before going down for a nap
